That's the date.
But Google does own Youtube so he's pretty much Youtube's dad. There was an internet series that suggested this,; I used the Google personification from someone's image of a social networking council.
Youtube and Liveleak are both video hosting sites with different targeted audiences . I like to imagine that Google wouldn't like YouTube's friend at all.
